CODA Tech Square is a 26-story, 645,000-square-foot mixed-use development anchoring Midtown Atlanta’s Tech Square. Designed by John Portman & Associates and developed by Portman Holdings, CODA is a hub for innovation, enabling companies to co-locate with Georgia Tech’s world-class research and technology programs.

DEX played a key role in realizing the project’s architectural vision using high-performance concrete in all fabricated elements. This included 350 ultra-thin, 1½” precast stair treads and 16 oversized radiused landings for the world’s tallest spiral staircase—an engineering and design centerpiece. DEX also produced 38 backside integral sinks, all prefabricated to exacting standards for quality, durability, and design consistency, while maintaining a seamless, modern aesthetic.
