Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, Renovation

In 2023, the AAA Five-Diamond–rated Ponte Vedra Inn & Club undertook a 64-room renovation of the Summer House and St. John’s House guest buildings. DEX contributed custom high-performance concrete and terrazzo elements that elevate the property’s tradition of luxury with refined craftsmanship.

Each refreshed suite features bath vanities, wet bar countertops with full-height backsplashes, and dining table tops—all fabricated in custom terrazzo mixes curated for this project. Distinctive details include zinc seahorse inlays drawn from the Inn’s logo on the vanities, and cut shell inlays at the wet bar and dining surfaces, accented by recycled glass and abalone aggregates. The result is a coastal-inspired material palette that balances elegance, durability, and a sense of place.

By blending artistry with performance, DEX’s work has set the standard for the Inn’s sports club renovation, ensuring consistency in quality and design across this landmark property known for its oceanfront setting, golf and tennis facilities, and enduring charm.
