At the Newell Brands Headquarters (formerly Rubbermaid), DEX fabricated a series of cantilevered concrete benches that prioritize both aesthetics and function in a high-traffic outdoor environment.

Free of visible supports, the benches offer a sleek, unobstructed design that maintains clean sightlines and encourages open movement throughout the site. This approach not only enhances spatial efficiency but also eliminates typical trip hazards and hard-to-clean areas often associated with traditional bench supports.

Cast in high performance concrete and finished in a custom DEXterity color, the benches deliver a durable, low-maintenance seating solution that meets both architectural and operational goals. Recessed ground lighting further defines their sculptural form after dark—highlighting the minimalist profile and reinforcing the site’s modern design language.
